Be part of a growing TEAM! Stearns Bank N.A. is looking for an Electronic Banking Manager for our St. Cloud, MN location.

The Electronic Banking Manager is responsible for the implementation, enhancement, leadership, support and management of all Electronic Banking products and services, which includes Online and Mobile Banking, Cash Management and Personal Banking, and the interaction with an advisory support of Branch Deposit Supervisors and/or Leads within the individual branch locations. This individual will lead and hold accountable Electronic Banking support staff management. She/he will manage all aspects of Electronic Banking services (Online, Mobile, Remote Deposit Capture, eStatements, Online Account Opening, ACH Origination and Wire transfers online). This individual will be responsible for the ongoing support of our Corporate Account Takeover (CATO) Risk Assessments process. She/he will also understand client needs for Electronic Banking and Cash Management services, and recommend changes to offerings to best meet requirements. This position ensures all branch and support staff have a clear understanding of current offerings and procedures to ensure efficient processing and support to staff and customers. This includes providing exceptional customer service, being a team player with a positive attitude, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment. This position will advise and facilitate the technology projects and needs within the Operations departments of the Bank.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Management to define the vision, scope, and requirements for the Bank’s Electronic Banking and Cash Management offerings
  • Provides guidance and assistance to the Personal Banking Supervisors in overseeing the delivery of retail and business banking customer service support, including Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms to all of the Bank’s branches. Ensures timely support and responsiveness to retail customer questions and concerns.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to the Branch Administration Supervisor in overseeing the delivery of branch administration support services to all of the Bank’s branches.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager in overseeing the deposit account related functional support to all of the bank’s branches.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to the Electronic Banking Support Manger in overseeing the day-to-day activities in Cash Management Services and customer support, including new product development and implementation, and new customer review, approval and setup.
  • Oversee and support customer online account opening processes
  • Provide support to our consumers that use Online and Mobile Banking, P2P/A2A transfers, Remote/Mobile Deposit Capture and Bill Pay
  • Provide support to our business customers with Cash Management Services such as Wire transfers and ACH originations online, Bill Pay and Remote Deposit Capture
  • Review maintenance reports to ensure accuracy of the Electronic Banking registrations
  • Handle the installation, maintenance and support of all Cash Management Systems: Electronic Banking and Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Ensure all authorizations, agreements, and contracts are in place and maintained.
  • Setup and maintain Commercial Account Takeover (CATO) Risk Assessment items.
  • Oversee back-office processing of Electronic Banking and Cash Management services.
  • Monitor, maintain, and report Internal, ACH, and Wire transfer limits for Electronic Business clients.
  • Ensure Disaster Recovery Forms and Procedures are up-to-date and available
  • Support Director of Operations & ISO in other duties as assigned and provide backup within the Electronic Banking Department as needed
Education & Experience
Qualifications required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or other closely related field required.
  • 5-7+ years of business and/or retail banking operations experience.
  • Thorough understanding of banking regulations and products.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and electronic banking products and services.
  • Able to accept and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and willing to learn how to navigate new software systems and attend training.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to work confidently with people in various departments and all-levels of experience, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets via Microsoft Office products and other custom applications and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality and good judgment in decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse project team.
  • Proven ability to build, motivate and manage teams.
  • Familiarity with banking related software (Fiserv Preferred)
  • Moderate travel required.
Qualifications Preferred
  • Working knowledge of Fiserv, Microsoft Office, Internet and other related software helpful.
  • Prior ACH Origination and Banking experience.
