Be part of a growing TEAM! Stearns Bank N.A. is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist for our St. Cloud, MN location.

As a Product Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for providing support for the tactical execution and day-to-day management of assigned product marketing initiatives and plans. This position takes strategic direction from senior marketing management as well as sales leadership, utilizing it to establish clear tactics and critical success measures both independently and with agency partners as required. This person provides ongoing tactical performance analysis and reporting for all key corporate communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Employ strategic direction from senior marketing manager of products & accounts, marketing director, digital marketing and sales leadership to develop tactical plans and critical success measures independently and with internal staff and agency partners as required.
  • Tactical execution and day-to-day management of product marketing initiatives and plans. Areas of focus include but are not limited to:
    • Product marketing campaigns
    • Customer and product marketing communications using Bank communication platforms:
    • Email, direct mail
    • Statement communications
    • Website
    • Product and customer interfaces, such as Customized Portal, StearnsConnect
    • Third-party sites and customer interfaces
    • Sales-related communications, including newsletters, brochures and flyers
    • New industry, customer or product marketing
    • Event and trade show campaign implementation
  • Works with senior marketing management to develop critical performance metrics/measures for aforementioned areas of management—providing Senior Marketing Manager, Account & Products and Chief Marketing Director with routine reporting to feed team and company dashboards.
  • Evaluate performance of all assigned corporate communications plans as well as provide necessary analysis support for marketing management.
  • Provide performance reports to executive management, senior marketing management, appropriate sales personnel, and agency partners as directed.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Communications.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience.
  • Strong computer/software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, M-Files, Hubspot or other CRM, Internet Search & Analytical Tools.
  • Consistently able to achieve objectives within tight timelines and budgets.
  • Self-starting, flexible, results-driven, quick-learning personality.
  • Moderate level of assertiveness and goal orientation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Excellent proofreading skills, attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively and under pressure with a wide array of personalities and management styles.
  • Appropriately screen and handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Great project management skills, multi-task oriented.
