Job Description
North Star Bank (White Bear Lake, MN) is seeking an experienced individual to provide administrative support for the bank's compliance audit function. This position serves as primary operator/administrator of bank's online training program, maintains all bank policies, prepares designated board reports, provides technical assistance to bank managers in developing written department procedures and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail orientated and self-motivated to prioritize and produce excellent work in a timely manner.
  • Documented administrative experience in project oriented functions, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft office programs.
  • Relevant knowledge and skills generally acquired through an applicable degree and 2-4 years compliance-related experience.
