Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts and effectively develops banking relationships with new and existing customers while working to market new and existing products according to the Bank's strategic plan.
- Participate in community activities and events.
- Soliciting, developing, and services a wide variety of loans, deposits and lines of credit.
- Responsible for building a talented banking staff capable of generating outstanding results in attracting, developing and retaining customer relationships.
