Responsibilities include originating consumer loans as well as residential real estate loans. Must assure asset quality and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Education & Experience Loading Must have minimum 3 years demonstrated customer service and market development skills plus the ability to develop and maintain a client base. Requires 2 or more years experience originating FHA/VA and Fannie Mae mortgages as well as conventional mortgages with solid knowledge of the secondary market underwriting guidelines.Thorough knowledge of consumer real estate lending regulations is necessary.
