Job Description
Provides credit analysis assistance to lenders. Monitors incoming financial statements. Performs collateral audits, accounts receivable analysis and borrowing base certificate reviews. Develops and maintains knowledge of loan related regulatory and internal procedural compliance issues. Performs all job responsibilities according to compliance requirements.

Accountabilities

  • Spreads financial statements as requested to provide overall support and assistance to Lenders in the financial analysis process.
  • Reviews incoming financial statements. Updates and/or completes financial spreads and covenant monitoring worksheets to be forwarded to the appropriate Lender.
  • Completes an analysis of Accounts Receivable Agings and Borrowing Base Certificates received from borrowers. Forwards report to Lenders for review and sign off.
  • Provides written financial statement analysis for credit presentations, file comments and annual reviews. Maintains the report of review due and works with lenders to keep comments current.
  • Monitors and reports on specialized portfolios.
  • Performs an annual review of the SBA loan portfolio. Reports findings to the appropriate lenders.
Education & Experience
College degree or equivalent experience, with emphasis in Business Administration/Accounting or Finance.

Previous concentrated credit training. 2 - 5 years credit analyst experience.
