Job Description
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Benefits: Eligible
Hours: 40 hours per week (M-F and Saturday rotation schedule)

Ideal candidate will desire to be part of a smaller organization and enjoy interacting with others. Individual will be responsible to assist bank customers by opening new accounts, responding to customer inquiries and processing transactions.

Primary Duties:

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers.
  • Works with customers to identify product needs and open new accounts.
  • Processes deposit and loan transactions.
  • Maintains in-depth product and services knowledge. Instructs customers on various delivery channels such as mobile banking, online banking and bill pay.
  • Understands deposit compliance rules and follows procedures.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous banking experience desirable, but not required.

Past work experience should include providing customer service and handling cash.
