supporting client relationships, and delivering a seamless experience for businesses across the Twin Cities.
Job Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager to support businesses across the Twin Cities
through responsive, relationship-based banking. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary coordinator of the loan
lifecycle, working closely with Executive Lenders to move opportunities from initial conversation through closing
and into ongoing relationship management.
What You’ll Do
The Commercial Portfolio Manager (CPM) works alongside Executive Lenders to support both new and existing
clients. You’ll help guide each loan through every stage—from pre-origination, underwriting, approval, and closing&
to ongoing servicing and support—while keeping the client experience front and center. Lenders and the CPM
collaborate closely to determine the best approach for each client relationship, staying aligned and
communicating clearly throughout the process.

Competitive salary and benefits package: Salary range commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience—including base pay from $85,000 to $110,000, plus annual incentive. Benefits include a 401(k) match; medical, dental, vision, disability, accident/critical care, and life. Insurance; HSA with generous company contribution; flexible spending accounts; employee assistance; paid volunteer time, donation match, education reimbursement; and paid time off.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced commercial banking professional with 5–10 years of experience—someone who
knows they enjoy banking and has found commercial to be a strong fit. Additionally, ideal candidates have:
- Strong background in credit analysis and financial statement review
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized workstyle with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal partners
- A proactive, accountable mindset with a focus on getting things done
- A passion for relationship banking and supporting local businesses
