Job Description

An energetic, forward thinking, and creative leader with project management focus and the ability to drive innovation, specifically regarding service technology in banking.  An action-oriented individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational and detailed perspective.  Candidates must have a collaborative management style that promotes effective communication and teamwork.

• Work closely with the management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies designed to foster growth, profitability, and efficiencies within the company
• Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes
• Be a Team Leader, Supervisor, and provide support to the following departments: Operations, Bookkeeping, Accounting, Loan Admins, Personal Banking, and Teller Group
• Set challenging and realistic goals to implement projects that have been identified as a priority
• Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with vendors and clients
• Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees in compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Design and implement proper operational controls and people systems to ensure operation efficiency
• Develops and implements customer service programs of the organization
• Evaluate opportunities for new or revised services to fit the needs of the customers
• Supervise the delivery of services to customers

• $125,000-$150,000 salary depending on experience
• Plus full benefit package including: health, dental, and life insurance, LTD, 401k with match and annual profit sharing, PTO and paid holidays

Education & Experience

• Relevant Educational Background
• 5-10 years of operational experience within banking
• Proven leadership ability with strong personnel management experience
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Demonstrated background leading and managing critical projects
