- Mentor and coach teams delivering financial services to consumer and business clients.
- Leading, coordinating, and tracking the efforts of the retail team as they work with a team of experts to execute client needs.
- Ensure teams are adequately trained, have clear expectations of job function and performing at an acceptable level.
- Identify training needs for further development of team.
- Mentor & guide team and work with individuals on any performance related issues.
- Oversee the day to day activities, workflow, and procedures of the team.
- Understand all team functions and responsible for completion of processes relating to those functions.
- Identify areas for improvement and efficiency and work with other areas of the company and vendors if necessary to change process as necessary.
- Work closely with market leadership to support client segmentation and delivery strategy and work with other areas to ensure a great experience for our clients.
- Assist with timely resolution of escalated client issues.
