Who Should Participate
This conference is designed for directors, CEOs, CFOs, chief risk officers, compliance officers and senior bank officers.
With the passing of our second major banking crisis in the past 30 years, many of us are wondering what it will take to meet all of the new risk management issues facing our industry. Our historic committee process is comfortable for us, but many in the regulatory arena believe this is not enough. Although the “buzz word” for this whole issue seems to be Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), we are confused by the fact that some examiners feel it important while others seem to ignore it.
So, where does this leave us? This conference will assist the participants in better understanding the basics of a sound ERM process and provide keys to successfully navigating this new world in which we operate.
